The tasteful story:

Mr Whippy is an ice cream vendor who drives his truck around the streets. The distinctive Greensleeves tune that emanates from the van draws kids like bright light draws moths. I have never actually done any ice cream catering in my life, I just think Mr Whippy is a pretty cool name.
